These Terms of Service apply to all members, both users and advertisers at TrillestClicks. As a registered user at TrillestClicks, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted the explained terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms for any reason, then you cannot join or use our services.
Cheating
Here at TrillestClicks we have a vert strong anti-cheat system(in others words u no fit cheat), which means it is extremely difficult to cheat. If any member is caught cheating or attempting to cheat, we have the full right to forfeit all earnings and if necessary ban the user from our network temporarily or permanently. Interfering or messing with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability. Using or creating any type of emulator or program intended for automating the process of clicking. Any malicious act that may interfere with our system in anyway. Providing fake information when signing up.
User Account
You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all the accounts. This also applies to your cash out account which has to be unique and cannot be shared with another user. You must be able to read and understand English. Logging in from proxies/VPN or shared network environments e.g. schools, LAN houses, cybercafes, etc is not allowed. Advertisement can only be viewed by the same IP only once per 24 hours. An internet connection must be used only by a single user every 24 hours for viewing advertisement. Accounts are not transferable. Suspended accounts will not be removed from our system but they will remain inactive and non usable in order to record cheating attempts that came from these accounts. You must be active at least by logging in and clicking once every 30 day. -30 days of inactivity will get your account balance cleared. -60 days of inactivity will make you lose your referrals. -90 days of inactivity will make you lose your advertising balances and probable suspension. If your account remains suspended due to inactivity for more than 90 days your account might get deleted as well but will remain in the system.
Referrals
Every one of your referrals must have a unique email address as users. You may refer unlimited referrals as a standard member and unlimited number of referrals as any other upgraded memberships. You only earn from directly referred referrals as long as they are referred directly by you or bought. All purchased referrals stay for the lifetime of your account ( as long as account is active ). Sending unsolicited mail to people and asking them to join trillestclicks.com without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. There is a zero tolerance against spamming and if we receive complaint against you for spamming, we will verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete all current funds in your account and there is a second incident we will take necessary steps in terminating your account. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her.
